My professional background has groomed me for this moment in time.  With references from executives at Martha Stewart Living, Ralph Lauren/POLO, Marriott Hotels, and Christian Dior, as well as former editors of Better Homes & Gardens and Traditional Home magazines, my wedding planning and catering experiences speak for themselves.  Gay Weddings with Panache will utilize my personal strengths of color, texture, and proportion in designing your wedding. I can take the simplest of elements and combine them with the most sophisticated elements to create a cohesive theme that's always outside the box.  My portfolio of outdoor venues and "green" entertaining is awe-inspiring and unbeatable, as I have the ability to combine a keen appreciation of beauty and design with practical, hands-on experience.  With access to the best hotels and accommodations, chefs and restaurants, and limousine services, I will analyze what you're looking for and find the resources to get things done exactly how you want.  While the decision will always be yours, I will work FOR you and take you every step of the way.  I will afford you the luxury of being a guest at your own wedding. 

Ever since I fell in love at Boy Scout camp, I have hoped & prayed I would be able to marry the man of my dreams someday.  Through the decades of homophobia, intolerance & discrimination, I never thought it would be possible to have a life w/ another person that I could marry if I chose to.  Now, thanks to the Iowa Supreme Courts' ruling, I am finally allowed that basic right.  Well, I haven't found that guy yet, but knowing I can now help others to, is a dream come true.

My fees are approximately eighteen percent of your total budget, and ten percent of my fees will go to One Iowa, Iowa's largest LGBT advocacy organization.
